Why Booty Programs? Growing up I always lacked feminine curves. Unlike most girls I was more of boyish shape…flat butt, wide mid- section, thick arms, narrow hips..you get the point! It wasn’t until my early twenties, after having my son, that I decided I wanted to make a change. I didn’t have the metabolism I did before I had him and I also noticed some food intolerance arise. First, I started changing my diet just to not be extremely uncomfortable after eating. Then, in 2012, I decided to do my first fitness show and was coached by a friend. Unfortunately, I didn’t do everything right to place but fitness was beyond that for me. I had a new-found love for pushing myself through the challenges and taking my mind to a level of strength and confidence I never knew! In 2014 I found fitness influencers on social media who talked about building curves and gaining a booty. I was sold! I never thought mine was that bad til I studied myself from behind – yikes!! So for about two years from there I did my own workout routines trying to reach those goals, but, I wish I would’ve had a coach to help me! I didn’t know what I was doing in the beginning. Even after watching video demonstrations I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted til I really learned how to develop my mind-to-muscle connection. With time, I learned from trial and error, self-application, and experience how to execute the CORRECT moves properly to maximize muscle gains where I wanted them. I also spent years configuring my diet, testing out keto, carb cycling, surpluses, and deficits.
After 6 years of self application and a lot of research I am now thrilled train others to reach their goals quicker! No need for wasted time in the gym or trying fad diets!
